1080 P movie freezes when try to play online on Q10 Pro

I just got my Himedia Q10 Pro, I have installed the Himedia wrapper. but the problem is I am not able to play any of 1080P movies online.   It just freezes, does not move at all.

Any idea what the issue could be?? I have another cheaper android device, I see no issue there.

Please help.

I have 4K TV.

Where are the videos from? What app are you using to play them? If possible, what codec?

More info needed..
