I'm trying your custom firmware for the first time Pcristi and I really like it. However I have a couple of questions regarding this CFW 2.1.0.

1. Do i need to install the blueray menu patch? When I go to install it's asking me if I want to upgrade which is why I'm confused. I don't see the patch anywhere in the apps menu

2. When I go to settings/display/screen size position...it will not let me adjust so I can get rid of the red bands on the top left and bottom right corners. Please see attachment for example. Using the menu buttons does not allow me to go beyond the 100% so I can remove red bars. My system display setting is set to 1080P 60HZ. Maybe I'm missing something?

Thank you very much for your assistance.

1. I Think it's already installed, I've seen it in my box.

2. You should see the red lines in the corners of the TV

Thank you very much. I think the blue-ray patch is integrated into the OS...this is why I don't see the app like in the OFW version. Thanks for also clearing up my confusion about the red lines. Cheers.

Is anyone else having issues with actually navigating the options? Some of the options cannot be selected such as VPN, display options, etc. I can navigate bluetooth, ethernet, wifi, but some of the other options do not have the selector to select items. I have installed the 2.1.0 official and the problem does not exist but installing 2.1.0 custom brings the issue back. This is on a Q10 Pro.

Thanks! I can wait for your next release. I wanted to make sure I wasn't losing my mind or missing something in the settings process.

I've tried to update from ANDROID 7 HMD-2.0.7  to the latest 2.1.0 CFW via rear pin push as well as flashing with the recovery files on usb to the following firmware with no luck at all.  Android logo comes up and then I get the red exclamation mark.
Any idea what is going wrong?
HiMedia Q10 Pro | ATV 2.1.7 | Kodi 18.9 | Rii i8 Plus | Harmony Ultimate One | Pioneer VSX-934 | Sony 55A89 4K Android TV

No.
HiMediaVideoPlayer(Wrapper) not support for bold, italic tag.
If I remember from external srt subtitles are striped out and for embedded srt subtitles are display on screen.
