I'm a bit afraid to go directly to the custom fw. But I really like the look of the launch screen. Can anyone suggest me a third party Launcher that looks or can be configured in look similar we can see in the custom firmware?

There is no need to be afraid of the custom firmware. It's not radically different from the official firmware, so if you can install that then you can install this.
The launcher used is the official Himedia launcher with new colours, background, and (optionally) icons. I don't know of another similar launcher.
I mean that I'm afraid of other bugs may come with cfw, not that I couldn't install it. (But yea, additionally I'm a bit afraid from the longer installing time in the case of an accidental power outage....)
Under the look of the launcher I meant that it look very different on the home screen, much prettier and smaller icons/tiles.
