A question . In relation to color, in YCbCr422 , how many bits are? Is that does not say. Firmware 1.0.3

this has nothing to do with "bit". THIS is just color depth! two completely different things.

I misspoke . Both RGB , and 420 and 444 there is a choice of 8 or 10 bits. YCbCr422 only one option appears, without specifying the bits.

I noticed this also..  In latest firmware I seem to have these options

- YCbCr422
- YCbCr422 8bit
- YCbCr422 10bit

For me, this are the options:

- RGB 8bit
- RGB 10bit
- YCbCr444 8bit
- YCbCr444 10bit
- YCbCr422
- YCbCr420 8bit
- YCbCr420 10bit

The best option for my tv is YCbCr422 10bit (2160p/60 Hz). It is LG 49UB850V.

I have the Vizio M70-C3.  Looked through the specs and I find nothing that references these options.  How do I know which is best for my tv?

Just test them.
You will see it, because the best will show you much more shadows.

Anyone else out there with a Vizio M70-C3 and know the best settings?  Testing each of these is not ideal for me, would rather just know what the best settings are based on the tv.

It's the same firmware that has been available from us for a while. Provided as an OTA update for those that haven't already upgraded.

Same as here: http://www.futeko.com/newforum/index.php?topic=907.0

Good to see that OTA updates are working though. That's a first for Himedia Q series boxes.
