Dune hd 4k pro vision, unable to transfer files to the internal hard disk

until yesterday I could transfer, albeit at low speed, the files on the harsd disk, but from today I get the message that "I do not have the permissions" to perform the operation. Can you help me please?

Try disabling and re-enabling the Samba server on the Dune.

If that doesn't work you could initiate the transfer from the Dune. Transfers done this way are faster because you are bypassing the Dune's Samba server, which is quite slow. For example (a very simple test - not max rates - I'm sure more is possible) I transfer a 3GB file at ~7MB/s when initiating the transfer from a PC but transferring that same file when initiated from the Dune gives ~50MB/s.

I had already tried and I also tried with a hard reset to no avail.
I managed to fix it by formatting the hard drive directly from the Dune. In this way I transfer the files from PC to Dune at 50mb.
