Zidoo z1000 Pro <-> Ext3 file system
« on: September 13, 2020, 05:20:38 PM »
Dear Futeko,

Bought a z1000 Pro quite recently; Plugged into the internal bay an EXT3 formatted 4TB disk; So far so good - recognized, everything is playable.
BUT then discovered The Problem - it turned out the EXT3 disk is readable only. z1000 Pro could not write on it - neither delete, create, move etc.
Am I missing something, as in the specs for z1000 Pro on your site,  it is stated:

"File Systems       EXT3, EXT4, NTFS, FAT32, EXFAT"

Thank you in advance.

This has been passed onto Zidoo. The box should read/write to EXT3. In the meantime I suggest using another file system if possible.
