No Wrapper after Factory Reset

After factory reset:
1) the option to switch off the display of Q10 has vanished;
2) the option for 24 hertz has vanished;
3) Wrapper has vanished.

Anything else?

There must have be a passage inserted in the FAQ thread at least, to warn users not to do Factory Resets, as it doesn't results anything they would normally expect by the term.
