Miracast application disappeared from HMD-1.0.7 FINAL.
Fixing/restored patch here

It doesn't need a new firmware install, just go to SETTINGS - UPGRADE - LOCAL UPGRADE and select the update zip.

Thanks for your reply. I know that's possible to install manually an older version what is running on the device. But it would be nice to install the latest version from the play store.

You have the Chinese version of the Q5 3D4K. It's different hardware to the European version we sell and not compatible with the European firmware. The product we sell has Play Store and runs all the apps you mention.

Yes. I have no fixed release date but there will be new firmware to address the little bugs and also possibly a new launcher.

The box runs warm, but it shouldn't be very hot. It has no fan so the external metal casing is designed to act a bit like a heatsink.

With a European Q5 4K3D? I ask because you mention in a previous post that you have the Chinese hardware version.

If it's with the European hardware, what file type are you having this problem with? Can you post / email us a sample file so we can test it?
