Hi3798MV200 IEC61937 Audio passthrough Firmware fix?

Hisilicon are they every planning to upgrade there firmware on the Hi3798MV200 to meet IEC61937 Audio standard?
as all the box sellers are having the same issues with this chip? yourself,

formuler, openbox, anyone that uses hisilicon chip set. Plus they need to implement wilvine 1

Audio passthrough working proper on HiSilicon SDK for SoC Hi3798MV200/Hi3798CV200. with Android builtin player engine. HiMediaVideoPlayer/MXPlayer/Archos Video Player/etc is use it and audio passthrough working.
IEC61937 doesn't must be implement for audio passthrough and in additions no fit HiSilicon needs.
Very few SoC supplier have IEC61937 implemented as default on SDK so if you need a Kodi box choose a right one like Nvidia Shield.
