Himedia Q5 4K3D firmware to Android 7

My box is Himedia Q5 4K3D English version. Last time I flashed :

Model number: Q5EN.2001
Adroid version 4.4.2
Kernel version 3.10.0_s40
Build number: HMD-3.0.3 2015-12-11.09xxx

After this FW, My box is failed to flash new FW  Android 5 or Android 7.

Flash I try to flash here:
Everying works fine, but I want to upgrade to Android 7 , download at:

You have a Q5 4K3D (also known as Q5 Quad), it's the predecessor to Q5 Pro with different internal hardware.

3.0.3 is the most recent, and last, official firmware for Q5 4K3D, see here: http://www.futeko.com/newforum/index.php?board=2.0
