Suddenly no sound
« on: November 06, 2018, 10:02:17 PM »
Hello, apologies if this has been covered before, but today I turned on my Q10pro and have no sound whatsoever, I've tried different combinations of settings, auto, raw etc, but to no avail. A factory reset, still no sound! Any suggestions? Firmware HMD-2.0.5 2017-09-13-185132
Thanks
Chrisfunkdoc

I had the same problem recently and it turned out to be the multi pin lead between my tv (samsung) and the tv connecting box, nothing to do with the Q10pro, so I would check all your connections first, pull them out one by one and re-insert and see if that was the problem.

Not sure what. The first comment means? Thanks for your suggestion Manley, it turns out my TV had spazed and wasn't playing any sound from external inputs! A five second press of the power button, reset it and all is good. Oh well seems like a good time to update firmware I suppose!

Thanks
