Like the title says, The highest resolution i have available to select is 1080p. I am presently using 2.0.8.

What display device are you using?

If it's definitely capable of 4K check that enhanced display or similar is enabled in display device settings to make HDMI port HDMI 2.0 compatible.

Then check HDMI cable.
