Manually reinstall Dune HD Pro 4K firmware.

Using the UI menus

1. Download latest firmware from here: https://dune-hd.com/firmware/pro4k/
2. Copy .dff file to FAT32 formatted USB stick.
3. With Dune turned on, insert USB stick into USB 3.0 port.
4. When pop-up appears choose to view drive contents in file browser.
5. Select .dff file and agree to pop-ups asking if you want to update firmware.
6. Box will reboot automatically into Android 7 update screen (coloured circle). Do not turn box off at this stage!
7. Allow box to boot into new/reinstalled firmware.

Using the reset button

1. Download latest firmware from here: https://dune-hd.com/firmware/pro4k/
2. Copy .dff file to FAT32 formatted USB stick.
3. Using a pin or similar press the reset button (inside hole above micro-SD card slot) on back whilst turning power on using rocker switch on back.
4. The Dune should boot into a text menu.
5. Insert USB stick into USB 3.0 port.
6. Using remote, select 'Apply update from USB flash'.
7. Select the .dff file and press OK on remote.
8. You will see a series of text message as the update progresses. The final message should be 'Install from USB complete'.
9. Select 'Reboot system now'.
