That's why I'm asking :)
If you don't use MKV for Dolby TrueHD or Dolby Atmos you can choose PCM decoding from the options of your player and
your Logitech will receive a compatible audio.

if it were so simple ..i knew it...but don't work
my settings : HDMI=close ; SPDIF output=LPCM ; HBR output=auto; and I've tried all the combinations :-[

Yes, but you didn't say : what container do you use for your movies?

MKV is a container
ISO is a container of M2TS files (container also).

It's just like an envelope for the video and audio :)

ISO - can be decoded because Himedia right now supports decoding Dolby TrueHD or Dolby Atmos to PCM audio t.e. compatible
with all receivers and mini audio systems (like yours)

But the problem with MKV still exists, that's why I've started this topic. Right now you can convert all of your movies
from MKV to M2TS (it's not easy) or just wait Himedia to solve it as a problem.

Sure, you should wait for software movement from Himedia ;)
By the way it is not so difficult to do that conversion.
Another easy exit from your situation is to buy a receiver with HDMI input and it will have support all audio codecs - just offer.

I wrote "easy", not "cheaper".
I offer to you a free solution, you don't like it.
You can feel free and choose another solution.
I stop here.

You will get 2 channel PCM stereo from ISOs with any audio format (True-HD, DTS-HD, AC3, DTS etc).

This will be the best you'll do with True-HD and the Logitech Z 906.

The Q5/Q10 (and in fact all other Android boxes) cannot decode True-HD and output it as 5.1 DTS (you say the Logitech Z 906 can only decode 5.1 DTS).
