How to update 4.4.2 firmware on H10 box?

Hi,
I've been trying to add Perfect Player IPTV to my H10 and it never works.
I noticed the firmware on the box for Android is only 4.4.2
Can I update this to say Android 6.1 or higher?

I bought this from Germany, but on the back it says made in China. Is this still the European version?

Any help more than welcome.
