Dear board members,
I have just received the A10 today and i'm having a huge problem, whenever i choose to play a movie the resolution always switches to 720P
I can choose settings UHD@60HZ - YCbCr420 8BIT , however i cannot get it to 10BIT this gives me a black screen and i cannot recover from it the only solution is to do a factory reset, i also tried the latest beta firmware but the problem is not fixed, on my previous Himedia q10 pro i can set it to 10BIT without any problems!
What i tried already.
Switched HDMI Cables, and HDMI Ports - NO SUCCES
Turned of Adjust Display Frequency - NO SUCCES
HDMI Auto Adaption = 720P (meaning when set to on the display automaticly switches to 720P) so i turned it off
Video Color space & HDMI deep color - cant go any higher then YCbCr420 8BIT thats the only option thats working.
The resolution keeps on switching for some reason its driving me nuts!
Yes my TV has a 10 bit panel
Developers aware of this issue? does it get fixed in the next firmware update???
