"Video problem" with wrapper

Having issues trying to play a 4K video in Q10 Pro, i got the message "Video Problem".

I have other similar videos that play without issues. As I see the only difference seems to be the Lavf codec version and the bitrate. Could that make the video not to play with wrapper?

Already resolved! The problem was a number sign '#' included in the file name. After removing that sign player works.
I was playing the file through NFS, I don't know if has something to do or not with that.
