Q10 4K3D Manual
« on: July 12, 2015, 08:13:52 PM »
I would like to have a full manual for the Q10 4K3D. It is not possible to pay 170 euros and just get a quickly guide. It took me the whole weekend to discover that I needed to format the HDD before inserting it in the device.

There are NO instructions how to set a connection in a net.

I am not an IT specialist, I am just a normal buyer.

I need instructions to set the device!!!

Thanks,

Marcello

Hi. Whilst I  agree that a comprehensive user manual would be ideal, it is common practice these days for products to not have one.

A lot of the apps have built in help and if you have any specific questions please email us or post them on the forum.

The Q10 runs standard Android so the settings are very similar to other Android devices. The main thing is to get Play Store up and running (select it from the main menu and you'll be guided trough the process). Once that's running you can search and install apps.

To get connected to a network select 'Settings' on main menu then 'Network'. You can choose ethernet or wifi. Ethernet will auto connect and wifi will scan for networks so you can select yours.

Well, first question:

Kodi read the titles of the videos that are placed in the HDD, but it does not play them. What can I do?

Thanks,

Marcello

What exactly does Kodi do when you choose to play the videos?

Are the video being played from the Video or Movie (i.e. library) menu in Kodi?

Is himediawrapper installed?
