Please help to connect Q10 Pro to LAN Network Drive
« on: April 05, 2017, 07:14:18 AM »
I just upgraded my Q10 Pro to Android 7 (firmware 2.0.1) and no longer can access a network shared drive (external hard drive attached to router).  In Media Center I select LAN and auto search and it finds the drive.  When I go to open a folder, it either prompts me to add a shortcut (I've tried this method as well) or simply says "network error.  check network state." Sometimes it will ask for an account and password, which there are none. In Kodi I was also able to get to the network folder and actually made it to files, but when I tried to open one it stopped and gave an "unable to mount" error.  How can I get my Q10 Pro to access my LAN shared drive again?  This is frustrating.  Thank you.
