Go to Settings -> Player -> Videos
and turn off "Allow hardware acceleration - MediaCodec (Surface)"

Works with KODI 17 RC 1.

Thanks for help you both! To turn off the ardware acceleration is the solution - it works better now, not perfect smooth but better than before.
