Playing Apple Pro HQ movs with Q10 Pro

Hi, Ive been trying to play some apple pro short movs but sometimes it gives me just sound, sometimes it doesn work at all. I guess is not possible to read a quicktime file with apple pro codecs?
I need to display 4k apple pro 20gb movs.
I ve converted those movs to .mkv 4k and it works great, but, for quality reasons, we would love to be able to play the apple pro files. Is it a way to do it? ive tried with Kodi but it doesnt work neither.

Should I install apple pro codecs?
