HDMI pixel encoding

Hi,
I'm conserdering to buy a Q10 pro and use it on a common PC monitor.

But I'm wondering if i can set the HDMI pixel encoding to RGB full range (0-255) instead of RGB limited (16-235). IIRC the Q10 4K had RGB full as standard output, is this the same for the Q10 pro?
