I have around 25Mb /s when i copy Files through my Gigabit LAN (fully Cat7 Cables) to the Q10Pro through Samba
And i know from other users this Standard and the highest Value because the Ethernet Chip in the Q10 Pro is not so specialized and even its Gigabit Spec the Chip is slower as a Ethernet Chip in PCs for example

I dont know any Media Player which reaches Gigabit Lan Speed at all

Samba file copy on Q5/Q10 Pro is slower than Samba streaming.

Also, if you install an FTP server (several free from Play Store) you'll see much faster transfer rates.

One you can recommend?

Zidoo has a very nice NAS APP with both SAMBA, FTP and other remote features in it. Would be really nice add-on bundled or for manual installing.

My recommendation would be 'primitive ftpd', free from Play Store.

Thanks very much .. Who again mentioned slow ethernet?

First tried with the Internal HDD reaching 60 to 70 Mbyte/sec both read/write speeds which pleasantly surprised me.
Next was curious how USB would do and if USB-2 versus USB-3 really would make a difference.  Wow next surprise; on USB-3 it even went further straight up to between 80 to 90 Mbyte /sec which in fact is faster than the NAS I had.  There are plenty HDD around which in fact are slower, so if you benchmark be sure to use a fast HDD connected via USB-3 .  A full size BD50 uploaded to an USB-3 attached HDD in 10 minutes (=Triple Speed).

This is reaching almost wire-rate Gigabit, which i wouldn't dare to call slow. Shouldn't the title be changed to "Ultra Fast Ethernet"? Also "primitive FTPD" in fact is not that primitive at all with all common options including support for SFTP. It includes a with Q10 pro functional option for auto-start at power-on.

Warning: Don't use it as a background task as it will eat up the entire processor during transfers. Samba Server included does a far better job there (multi streaming).

Bottom line: FTP Server is excellent for uploading content and SAMBA server for streaming local content to any other devices around the house. Fixing the Samba server pending bugs (disk size and free space) it would be perfect. Updated my review accordingly.  :)

Any FTP-Client will do. FileZilla is a popular one but there are more free products to use.

Using Total Commander myself which has an excellent embedded FTP-Client. That is a heavy gun for just FTP needs, but a great File Manager.

I am using just "/" as target directory and next select /mnt when connected to get access to my HDD's. Then follow the actual mount paths (which in fact may change between power-on's). HDD's are never visible straight away. Keep in mind this is Android which is very clumsy here.
