Front display clock 12 hour format???

The front display of my Q10 Pro doesn't change from a 24 hour format to a 12 hour format ( 1:00 PM vs 13:00 PM) even though I've changed the setting under "Time/Date" in the settings menu.

The onscreen clock does show the correct format though.

I was able to change the front display to the correct format previously but for whatever reason it no longer works.

I'm on the latest custom firmware if that matters.

At the moment the clock on front panel is 24hr only. It would be better if it respected box setting. I will pass that on to HiMedia as a feature request.
