Stereo L/R audio problem with Q10 4K3D

I purchased a Q10 4K3D. The player is connected through the RCA outputs to an integrated amplifier. From the first use, has evidenced an annoying noise. I tried to make a factory reset and then i re-installed the1.0.7 firmware. Only this last attempt decreased the noise, which, however, is always present and perceptible in silent scenes of a movie or in the passages between a song and another. I have tried also to change the connecting cables and the input of the integrated amplifier, but without result. Any other suggestions to solve the problem. Thank you in advance.
