Q10 and Samsung HU6900

I have a question, I have a Samsung Hu6900 and I noticed that when  press the remote controler  all the time blinking LED on my TV.

does the Q10 remote perform any function on the Samsung?

The remote control does not work with TV,but the LED on samsung flashes each time I pressed the button on remote control remote control.
