Few questions regarding Q5/Q10 pro

Yes, I have to 24p option switched on and it plays the 24fps file just fine and smooth.
Its only the 23.976 fps testfile or any movie (ISO, MKV, m2ts) witch has the stutters.
You can easily test this with the testfiles I got from here -> https://www.sendspace.com/file/5mvgsn
The lower bar in MotionBars_1080p23.976.m2ts will skip a frame after about 33 sec.

When I run the very same file from a  Mede8er med800x3d it runs smooth.

The JVC shows 1080/24p in both cases but that's normal.
It always shows 24p eventhough it displays 23.976 fps.
