Definitely recommended to reinstall firmware.

There may be hidden HiMedia system apps which you'll lose if you factory reset then try and manually install apks.

You can use the pre-installed File Manager app. Go My Apps - File Manager.

From there navigate to the file / directory you want to copy and press remote menu key. Choose Operation - Copy - OK.

Then back out, navigate to the destination for the file, press menu key and choose Operation - Paste - OK.

Or install ES File Explorer from Play Store. It's free and is a much better file manager than the pre-installed one.

First, thank you for you fast answer.

I think I am not clear.

I put a HDD in the Q10 Pro and I want to connect my laptop to the Q10Pro to upload file from my laptop to the HHD of the Q10 Pro.

In File Browser I can see C and D drive, but when I connect the laptop to the Box, the D drive disapear.

My question is how can I connect my laptop to the Q10 Pro to upload files from the laptop to the Box.

You'll need a USB A-B cable. It's the same cable used to connect printers / scanners.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/like/151363635157

With the Q10 Pro turned off connect the USB A-B cable between the USB 3.0 slave port on the back of Q10 Pro to a USB port on your laptop.

Turn the Q10 Pro on and you should find that the Q10 Pro internal HDD is visible on your laptop as an external USB HDD.
