HiMedia H8 Quad-Core Blinking RED and BLUE LED while ANDROID image on screen

Hi dear Sir,

I have a problem booting my HiMedia H8 Quad-Core. I don't understand why.
Symptoms:
) POWER on DEVICE will have RED and BLUE LED blinking.
2) On screen hv "ANDROID BOT" with Installing system Update. It has been like this for days...

What should i do dear sir?
