Q10 dead?
« on: November 29, 2024, 05:11:54 PM »
So I unplugged my box to take out my drive to check in on my PC to see if that helped my writing access issues. No issued with the drive. Working fine in the enclosure.

Anyway I plugged the power supply back in and nothing. Didnt turn on at all. No LEDs nothing. I even checked another cord on my older Himedia Box which I know works and still nothing.

How can unplugging it and plugging it back in cause it to totally die?

Try another PSU. It's 12V 1A+ (2A+ if using a HDD) center pin positive 5.5x2.1mm.

I tried another one that I know works since it powers my son's box in his room.
