Rai play app dosn't work anymore

Good afternoon.
I have a Q5 Pro with Android 7.0, and in the last months RAI PLAY app doesn't work anymory. I didn't make any changes but suddenly it doesn't work. It seem that remote control isn't able to activate the different functions on the rai play home page (that correctly appears). Can anyone help me?
