Images partially green

When viewing images with the different viewers on my Q10, some images and some thumbnails are only partially shown: for some images or thumbnails only the upper part is visible; the lower part is black or green.

This happens:
- with the different viewers (ES File Viewer, Media player, ...) but not with KODI !?
- even for small images (2 or 3 MB)
- on Android 7 HMD 2.1.0 and Android 7 HMD 2.1.17
