Trying to add new Source - Keyboard doesn’t have : available

Hi

I am trying to add a new source, keyboard comes up but doesn’t have the two dots) available. It says it’s an English QWERTY board , how so? Tried changing this on settings, but didn’t get any luck in obtaining standard board with usual keys back. The keyboard should be as installed from latest 2.14 on pro 10

The other peculiar thing is that the last key option bottom left has “aeo” and gives me characters in a language I’m not sure off, but again no : . What’s gone wrong, never had this problem before.
