4K movies lagging when using kodi

I have seen people saying I need to increase my log buffer til 16M
But I can’t figure out where to do that

In settings and advanced there are no developer settings
I tried to activate developer mode, and it said I’m already a developer.

Any suggestions to where I go to increase the log?
