New Q5/Q10 named 'Q5 Pro' / 'Q10 Pro'

Himedia have named their new Q5/Q10, 'Q5 Pro' and 'Q10 Pro'.

Other models in their range (Q1, Q3 etc - not released outside China) will also gain the Pro suffix in their 2016 Hi3798CV200 incarnations.

Q10 Pro design will be the same as old Q10 4K3D. Q5 Pro design is yet to be confirmed.

You know my opinion on this, but still think HiMedia should be pressed to change the Q5 (and 10) naming scheme as it has already caused too much confusion... from Q5 to Q5-II to Q5-III & Q5 4K3D, and now Q5 Pro. That's like 5x Q5 variations! And, those older boxes still show up on Google & eBay searches.

Some ideas to pass to them:
- QV205 / QV210
- V200 / V200HDD
- Q500 / Q1000

I've been pushing the idea of a new name to them for several months, but they've decided on Pro.

The reason given is that sticking with Q5 / Q10 retains the identification with previous models. I can understand this, but it is certainly the conservative choice. 'Pro' particularly. Quite generic.

Ultimately it doesn't matter all that much. What matter is how the products perform..
