Dune HD Pro 4K II and new remote

Hello,

I just got my new Dune HD Pro 4K II and everything is working fine after connecting and configuring
the mediaplayer, but I noticed that there is a new remote delivered with the mediaplayer.

Not IR but bluetooth, but paired without any problems to the Dune HD Pro 4K II and working, but there
is one "big problem", where the heck is the "PopUpMenu" button?

I think you received the wrong remote control. According to the Dune HD Website, this one comes with the Dune HD SmartBox 4K Plus. You should have received the Dune HD IR Remote.

On the remote control you have now, the Pop Up menu is probably under the button with the three horizontal lines.

The new remote as pictured is the one shipped with recent stock of Dune Pro 4K II.

I have requested an answer from Dune about the pop up menu.

"POP UP MENU" button is marked on the remote with a widely used "menu" icon:

Please, is it possible to set this new remote control only for control via IR, not Bluetooth?
