I cant flash my box with new firmware

Hi all i have the q10 pro with androd 7 HMD-2.1.4 2019-11-13.191826 kernel version 3.18.24_hi3798cv2x
. I tryed to put on Q10 Pro ( - HiMedia for original firmware v2.1.7.
- Alkaid for assembly build, idea, new design, icon pack, etc.
- Teragon for Day Night Live Wallpaper. ) i tryed hard reset  firmware and soft i get the dead android then it reboot it to the home screen. Can anyone help me please? I use to have the himedia hd600b.

Ok Can anyone tell me if my q10pro european or chinese boxes? So I don't waste my time.

I don't have any information about HMD-2.1.4 2019-11-13.191826 version.
OFW from HiMedia Settings/.../Device info are written Model Q10 Pro vs Q10四代 or ?

Other point is European OFW HMD-2.1.4 can connect via adb shell on Chinese OFW that option is block.

Thanks pcristi sorted. it was the update.zip i renamed it update and it worked. I'm loving custom build.
