Q5 PRO- Perfectplayer Problem or something else?

First i wanna say Hello to all,
gona need some help abot this.I use as many others Perfectplayer for IPTV , till now no Problems at all.
I got a new m3u list which works fine on other Android Device with no Problems at all.
When i put a list in Perfectplayer or other IPTV App like the one IPTV from Alexander Sofronov got a  Message "can t update or no Connection to  the Internet"
seams like when i try to start the app something is blocking the app to start....Seems app can t start properly...
I checked Internet connection without Firewall as exposed Host but behaviour was the same...
Other apps i use working fine KODI also, IPTV Simple Client doesn not work properly....
Any Idea what is wrong ?
I have already updated latest Firmware and installed fresh the Apps...just the same Situation...same Problems
Any help is really welcome.
