lost setting q10 pro

Hi, I was  very happy for my q10 pro until 1 mouth ago. Every 4-7 days it losts the setting-configuration. It is how it had an hard reset (or reset firmware) . I tryed to search how to change battery bat I discovered that there isn't battery. Can you help with this problem. Thanks
