Factory reset frequently occurs during use.
« on: September 12, 2018, 09:43:22 AM »
It has been factory reset dozens of times over the last few months.
I have updated all the firmware so far, but regardless of version
Is initialized.
At that time, I need to update the firmware again, install the application, and reset all the wifi, screen area, region, and language settings.
The initialization cycle has been shortened, and recently it has been initialized in only two weeks.
Can you give me a fix or fix it?

This does not sound right at all.  Mine has been in use daily for 2 years and has never reset itself.
Perhaps it is a rogue app you have installed?

If not already done so, upgrade to the latest firmware (2.0.9 at time of writing) using the "pin method" and latest Kodi 17.6.
See how you go from there?

I upgraded to ATV 2.0.9

Please try official 2.0.9, installed using reset button method.

The box shouldn't reset regularly.

I had factory reset even if I installed nothing but firmware update.
