« on: November 03, 2015, 07:10:44 AM »
Hello , I have problems with recognizing the internal hard disk ( wd green from 3tb ) formatted as NTFS gpt . From the Media Center menu it is not just seen and then recognized ! Does anyone have experience on this? THANK YOU

Is the Q10 SATA connector pushed fully into the drive SATA port? It's a simple thing but it's been the cause of similar problems before.

3TB WD Green formatted as NTFS GPT should work.

Meanwhile Thank you for your interest esteemed Futeko , this is the first thing I thought , and so I pushed hard in the connector to the hard drive , I have forced even more to fear to break it ! When I push him feel no click, I do not know if this can help !

Futeko thanks , I continued on the path of " not exact placement of the slot to the internal hard disk " of Q10 and I solved the technical problem . Precisely for all that insertion slot in the hard disk you should not be afraid to force the drive as it must fit together well for making a noise like " clack " . Good day
