« on: December 13, 2017, 12:46:16 PM »
I have problem with HDD install to this player.  I have 4TB WD, but player don't see it.  HDD is visible from other devices, but player don't see it.  I pull it out of player and did slow format inside desktop, but this doesn't help. How to solve problem like this ?

HDD should be formatted GPT partition table and NTFS file system.

Make sure the SATA connector is fully pushed into the connector on the HDD.
