how change home screen and icons ?

I guys....another dumb question 
Actually i put the custom 1.1.0 firmware with 5.1.1 android (from pcristi i guess)
I dont like the icons in home screen ,are all White (in the original firmware are coloured)
And i like to toggle the skype icon and es file explorer icon (cause i dont like and i want to change file
Manager...)
Is it possible or not?
And maybe if i put back the original firmware....is it possible to change homescreen?

Uninstall Whicons - White Icon Pack apps, and reboot box to get colored icon.

* How to change home screen apps? Navigate to the tile you want to replace on home screen and press menu button on remote. Select an app from the app list and it will replace the selected tile.
* How to remove apps from home screen? Navigate to the '+' tile and select it. You'll be taken to an app selection screen with the home screen apps marked with tick boxes. Untick the apps you want to remove.
