HiMedia Q10/Q5Pro not support(decode) Croma subsampling  : 4:2:2, Croma subsampling  : 4:4:4 reported on topic Issue: No Video on mkv play.
SoC Hi3798CV200 can't decode HEVC 4:2:2/4.4.4 Croma encode.
