HBO detects Q10 Pro as rooted - how can this be fixed?

I have just updated my Q10 Pro to ver 5.1. 1.0.9-FUTEKO-EN. HMD-1.0.9 2016-12-13.091707 according to the instructions using the UPGRADE button.

When testing out my new 'HBO Nordic' subscription, their app will not play any of the content. I have tested the same app on another of my andriod devices where it works, so I guess the Q10 is the problem
In addition, I see that another streaming-pp [TV Overalt by Altibox] positively detects the box as rooted.

Earlier, I have read here on the forum that the box isn't rooted

Is there anything I can do to 'unroot' the box?

Box is not rooted, many apps show positive rooted box because is exist /system/xbin/su
Try after removed

adb connect <ip player>
adb remount
adb shell rm -f /system/xbin/su

I've tested your code, but unfortunately it did not solve it. The apps still think the box is rooted.
Can there be anything else to try?

Can you make update&themed FW without rooted to play streaming apps suck as hbo, myk+ (Vietnamese's app). I like update&themed FW and like some streaming apps
