Recommendations for Backup app
« on: February 06, 2017, 03:30:55 PM »
I have the Q10 Pro and I'm using the nova launcher.  Each time I want to try a new firwmware, I have to use paper clip and wipe all data /  apps requiring me to install everything again.  Nova backs up my nova settings, like how my home screen looks, etc. but all apps have to be installed again.

is there a better way?  I've tried to find a app that will truly back up everything, but no luck so far.

Or is it best to just wipe and reinstall each time?  At some point the fw will be solid and we should be able to use OTA updates, but that isn't any time soon.

Yes, same here. I use Titanium Root and it works pretty well.
