Any possibility of FW 1.1.2 rebuilt with RKMC patches?
« on: January 13, 2017, 03:00:18 AM »
Futeko, is there any way to have a build of the H8 firmware with RKMC patches applied from  https://github.com/JamesLinEngineer/RKMC/tree/Jarvis/RKMC-Patches/rk3368/Android5.1 ?  If i'm not mistaken, the 1.1.2 Futeko release from this board was a custom build which means that you or a member have access to the source.  I'm asking for 1.1.2 (or the futeko release) specifically because the official 1.1.3 appears to be causing audio issues on passthrough for some, including myself, whereas downgrading to 1.1.2 resolved them.  Anyhow, with patches applied, i'm wondering if it'd be possible for us to use the latest 16.x RKMC kodi builds.

Also, i've seen requirements for firmware loads to be built past July of 2016 for issues to be resolved.  I'm assuming fixes from rockchip were released. Is there a change log for 1.1.2 and 1.1.3 available to know what fixes/patches/etc were present in these loads?

Thanks!
