enable Dynamic Refresh Rate Switching or 24p in kodi and Q10

Hi, with kodi 15.1 i can't play movies in 24p, always play in 50hz, with the other player in the q10(media center), no problem with 24p, seems that some android devices 24p are not ok to play 24p in kodi, i have seen in kodi board, that with amlogic devices is possible to enable 24p changing some lines in Universal Init.d app in google play store, will be that possible in our player?, is there any fix for that?

kodi NOT support hisilicon Soc Q5/M3/Q10 you must use HiMediawrapper.
Himediaplayer app support 23,976 (bluray 24p) without stutter

Kodi support amlogic soc only  23,97(5) with one stutter every 120 second.
