Wifi problem win Mele F10 PRO

I have tested my internet speed with app Speedtest.net by Ookla and ? get always a speed of 10 to 14 mpbs.
When I plug usb dongle of  Mele F10 PRO, wifi speed slow down to 2-3 Mpbs all the time.
I checked many times with the same results... I firmware update q10, I also make a factory reset but nothing change...
(My modem router is a Netgear dng2200 (2.4ghz, 800.11n). I also test speed with my laptop and lg2 phone and get 10-14mbps)
Any idea?


(I also try a simple logitech mouse/keyboard and I had also a slow down in wifi speed... 5-6mpbs)

The 2.4Ghz wireless USB devices are interfering with the quality of the wifi signal.

I would use a USB port as far from the wifi antenna as possible. You could also use a USB externsion cable to put the Mele USB receiver further from the Q10 wifi.

Apart from that, I'd expect a dual-band router to not have this problem as it could use the 5Ghz band.
