Assuming you have plugged HDMI cable into your Audio Video Receiver?
Look at the included "Quick Guide": 
Audio and Video Connections; 
3. Connecting to Home Theater Receiver or Sound System (7.1 CH)
C: Go to Settings, Playback;

Set HDMI Output RAW, SPDIF Output RAW, HBR Output RAW 7.1

For Kodi without wrapper, My Spanish isn't great but on the 4th image I think you need to check the box marked 'Habilitar passthrough' (enable passthrough). That should give you 5.1 Dolby Digital.

For Kodi with wrapper (and HiMedia MediaCenter?) you say you get only two channel PCM? Your settings are correct so please post the mediainfo report for the file.

The noise may well be the Dolby Digital signal, but your receiver isn't decoding it.

If the noise is correct Dolby Digital and your receiver isn't decoding it correctly then there isn't much you can do.

Does Dolby Digital audio play correctly using the HiMedia MediaCenter app? Your bottom two photos show the amp playing from Dune and Q5/Q10, they both show Dolby Digital 3/2, which is correct. I am confused as to why the amp would show DD 3/2 but then play 2 channel. It implies that the input signal is correct (it is being identified correctly) then something is going wrong on the amp side. Have you tried the Q5/Q10 plugged into the same HDMI input on the amp as the Dune?

With your setting is work like design, Kodi passthrough PCM 2.0 because of "Soporta la descodification de audio DTS-HD de 8 canales" activate

For DTS/DD passthrough Habilitar passthrough need to be activate, Receptor compatibele DTS activate.
(I sugest to keep "Numero de canales" 2.0 like this can use "Habilitar transcodificacin para Dolby Digital (AC3)")
